Description:
Data Entry Clerks accurately and efficiently enter data from high school transcripts, ACT or SAT scores, verify and clean data in multiple databases, and provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and email. Additional tasks may be assigned.

Qualified applicants must:
• Be able to accurately enter data from transcripts, lists, etc.
• Have excellent critical thinking skills with special attention to detail
• Be dependable, reliable, and able to focus on assignments
• Able to learn quickly, multitask, and complete work when expected
• Able to communicate effectively with students, staff, faculty, and community members in person, over the phone, and in writing
• Have superior customer service skills
